Sometimes the service message goes directly in here and you may think you have not received it. If the message is here you can use it to retrieve and download the game.

If you do not receive the service message in a reasonable length of time please contact us and let us know the following information:
-The make and model of your phone
-Your mobile number
-The ID number or name of the game you ordered
-Your network operator

I have tried to download the game but the connection was lost/ I received an error message...

Check your WAP Settings and ensure that the session mode is set to permanent.
(See Question: What are WAP Settings?)

If you make any changes to your settings, try to retrieve the game again using the service message.

Please provide us with the following information:
-The make and model of your phone
-Your mobile number
-The ID number or name of the game you ordered
-Your network operator

If you need help you can contact support@mobilegames.tv or you can ring our helpline on 0871 750 3223. Our helpline is open from 9.00am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday.

Outside these hours please leave a voice message with your mobile phone number, the product code for your game, phone make and model, and a short description of the problem. We will deal with your query as soon as posible.
